[Investigating] We are aware of an issue within our K2 Cloud Service where Identity Provider changes on customer side, are not reflected within the K2 Cloud environment. This may include but are not limited to new users not being able to gain access to the environment or changes in reporting structures not being reflected in the environment.
We are working closely with Microsoft to resolve the problem, but Identity Provider synchronization may be delayed and may take some time to work itself out.
We will update with more information as events warrant.
